'The staff was very helpful and friendly'

'Rooftop bar at night had excellent views of the surrounding areas, night time party below was fun. Beach area was really nice as well. They had lounge chairs, cabanas and beach volleyball set up on beautiful white sand. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even with limited Spanish capability.'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Voor 1 overnachting prima te doen, was echter moeilijk te vinden. (met huurauto) Bij binnenkomst stonk het erg naar ontsmettingsmiddel. Ontbijt aan het water was goed, met mooi uitzicht. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding goed.'

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'This was our second time staying at this resort and we enjoyed every second of it!! Upon arrival we had a VIP check in, fast and prompt. We arrived early and although the check in was not until 3 pm, we were able to use all amenities right away. Excellent room service, our room was cleaned every day, and mini bar refilled with water, sodas and beer. Food was great, wide variety of meals, fresh and delicious !
