'The property was just as it was listed, 7 bdrms/5+ bathrooms and worked perfectly for what we were looking for. The backyard opens onto the golf course and was fabulous. The kitchen had been updated with new cabinets and appliances (except the fridge - which worked fine) and there was a good supply of pots/pans/dishes/utensils etc. We had a Great week hanging out as a family, enjoying the sunshine and the beauty of Puerto Vallarta and the house is just minutes to the Marina Malecon and across...

'We loved our stay here. I've been to PV before and stayed in a newer condo, but this time I wanted something more authentic. And this house delivered. From the decor, to the pool and grounds, and feel, it was exactly what I was looking for. The only down side was not finding a cocktail shaker for margs, but we made do. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. '20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. '
