My experience at this resort has been extremely disappointing. The elevators are unreliable, often out of service, which forced me to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs every time I needed to access my room. This alone is unacceptable, especially for guests with mobility issues.
Despite the resort advertising that no reservations are needed, I was repeatedly turned away from restaurants due to so-called “fully booked” times. This is misleading and frustrating.
The food is far below standard—bland, poorly prepared, and lacking variety. The pool area is unsanitary, with visible debris including hair, food, clothing, and even unhygienic personal items floating in the water.
The entertainment staff only speaks in Spanish and consistently favors children of Hispanic descent during group activities. This behavior is exclusionary and inappropriate, especially in a resort that claims to cater to international guests. Additionally, the general attitude of the staff has been rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality.
Most disturbingly, this resort is not accommodating to guests with disabilities. My mother fell and sustained a wound on the property, and instead of receiving basic first aid or assistance, she was told to seek medical help elsewhere. She wasn’t even offered a bandage or antiseptic.
I do not recommend this resort and urge management to take immediate action to address these serious shortcomings. This level of neglect and poor service.
