'We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. '

'Fantastic condo for the family with beach access right there! No loading up the car and driving to a beach, it’s right there! This makes running back for more sunscreen, a sandwich, the forgotten frisbee or to grab a cold drink soooooo easy! 'A short walk to the beach, stores, & restaraunts. The room was comfortable with remotes for the two ceiling fans and AC/Heat. Common area upstairs has plenty of seating to gather with freinds and a commercial ice machine....bonus! Electric grills on the raised deck which looks to the beach. Owners extremely communicative and aswered all questions in a timely manner. WiFi was strong and consistent. We will be back! '

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
