Flats in Michigan

'After a three hour drive we arrive at the room with the anticipation that we would have a pleasant relaxing two night stay and enjoy the condo. We had two major issues: The entry code was not working and it took multiple attempts to enter the room. It took us about ten minutes to enter. Finally as we entered the room we were hit with a dirty rancid smell and when we turned the light on we saw cleaning supplies everywhere dirty towels on the floor, the hot tube and bathroom were filthy. 'It was not necessarily ski in and ski out so if you expecting mountain side this is not the one. Personally we didn’t mind the walk to the chair lift about 200 yards down the road. The property itself is amazing we enjoyed having the space and the whole condo upstairs and downstairs. We would definitely rent again! '

'We have stayed at Portage Lake every summer for the past 18 years so we were familiar with the location and layout of the condos. This one is very well decorated, so cute! View of the lake is amazing. The cleaning staff is so kind and helpful. The owner is very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!'

'We had a wonderful time and the fireplace was so cozy on these snowy nights. Downtown Saugatuck was beautiful at Christmastime. My one suggestion would be a rug or mat inside the door for snowy boots. They asked that we don't wear shoes in the house, which wasn't a problem. But there wasn't a place to put wet shoes or snowy boots to get them off the beautiful hardwood floors. We will definitely be back.'
