« Cabin was fantastic! Reminded me of our old family cabin, but with running water and electricity. I needed serenity and quiet,I got it. Check in was super easy. I will be bringing the family when we come to Michigan later in the year. Would definitely recommend this if you want peace and quiet in the country. »

« Nice getaway, designed for outdoor social, not very good for inside social, but we headed out to have good times with a quick game and a couple meals inside. Needs a tv in the small social area, could be on a small table. Could use a deep clean top to bottom but mostly it was clean and safe. »

« This cute little cabin was just what my husband and I were needing! We booked for my birthday weekend and the cabin exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, quiet, and peaceful. We got to see turkeys, deer and listen to all the wildlife at night while enjoying a nice fire. The hosts, Linda and Doug were so welcoming and answered any questions we had. We definitely would recommend visiting this cabin and plan on returning for another amazing weekend in the future. »

« Philip and Krista's home is so cute and perfectly updated, while still keeping the character of a cottage. We stayed for a weekend in the fall so it was a bit chilly in the bathroom and bunk house, but the hosts left us everything we needed to stay warm and were easy to get a hold of for anything we needed. The location is gorgeous and the property is so charming! »

« Everyrhing was as described. My only issue was the heater was pretty loud & at one point woke me up at night. Other than that there were no complaints. Very clean excellent location »

« We rented for a weekend, so we could get to know the local area. Sister Lakes is a nice area, consisting of several lakes, including Cable Lake (where the cabin is located). There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms and kitchen were well-updated. The screen porch was a perfect place to enjoy a time-appropriate beverage and the beautiful Cable Lake view. Easy check in and nicely stocked and furnished! »

« Fun time with four of our grands…ages 9, 6, 4 &4. Kids slept on pull out couches & chairs. Loved the fire pit, a little pickle ball & short ride to South Beach. Kids Corner was a big hit. A few issues but manager was quickly responsive. Would like to go back with grown kids along too! »

« My family hosted a small fishing event/picnic at West Basina Marina. I was very pleased with the cooking utensils and bowls provided. It made food preparation very easy. The location was also convenient. »
