« Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it...

« The loft is spacious and has an historical ambiance.
We appreciated the gated, free parking.
The entrance process into the building is not convenient.
The area the building is located in, though only five minutes to downtown, is in a very rundown area.
The tenants or guests located above us were noisy and argumentative with one another which was disturbing.
Though we were able to climb the stairs up and down to the apartment, some renters might find it difficult to do so. »

« I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication. »
