'The room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was scarce. None of the ice machines worked and the day we left the elevators were not working. We had to carry everything down from the 3rd floor at age 76. Not a great experience!'

'Avid was very nice and clean. It was simply a bit too far from the center of Kalamazoo. There was also no microwave in the rooms. However, there was one available to all in the breakfast room. The staff was nice and professional.'

'Overall good experience for a night with my son for a c9llege visit nearby. Clean and new building. Quiet. There is not much to the breakfast though. Nothing interesting. Just basics.'

'One of the worst Holiday Inn stays. The shower wall had hair, the soap was not filled and it is not Dove! It’s a cheap off brand product. The guy at the front desk informed me upon check out that they are out of towels and whatever I had in my room will be all I get. When I go to my room, there was ONLY wash clothes and hand towels. Hallway to the room smelled like straight up chemicals. Overall, very disappointing stay.! Will not stay here again.'

'Clean, pet friendly, nice hot tub, kitchen full of cookware, 10 min to casino, lake across road, Pizza pub right next door. Justin was quick to respond. Thumbs up . Would stay again. '

'We had an okay stay. Ran out of toilet paper, called to request and staff never delivered. TV went out an hour before checking out felt planned like they were pushing us out the door.'

'While we were waiting to get checked in, the employees were having a conversation and it took some time before they acknowledged us. Then a customer came to the front desk and requested to get their money back, because the room was dirty. When we finally got checked in and went to the room, it was dirty as well! The person at the front desk said they didn't have any clean rooms. Needless to say, we requested our money back too. There was also someone else in the lobby waiting to complain about...
