'Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience.'

'Overall we had a great stay. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful, the man who brought our bags to our room and all the people working in the pool area. We had an issue with our room the first night with the shower pipes making an awful noise and water running off and on through the night.
