'Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive is a beautifully fully renovated resort. The rooms are renovated with a clean modern esthetic. There are multiple all-inclusive restaurants that serve different cuisines; all delicious. The property is extremely well kept and clean throughout. The beach is outstanding and the water is warm. And the staff throughout the resort from the front desk, restaurants, bartenders and cleaning staff are truly exceptional.'

'We had no hot water the entire week. The repair guy came twice and said it couldn't be fixed. We asked for another room, but the room they gave us was worse: no hot water, was even older than the one we had and the AC made a constant loud banging noise. We moved back to the old room.
