'I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday to travel with her best friend. We had to check her out after five days. Service was terrible. Food was terrible even after multiple meetings with the management staff and the Chef staff. Room service takes hours to receive, and then the meals are hard or undercooked or overcooked. There is no air-conditioning in the common areas or the elevators. All the elevators are broke down except for one. Staff is not helpful or putting in any extra effort...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'
