'OMG!!! First time stay for my family as we were celebrating my son’s birthday/ family vacation. From the time of arrival to the last day of our stay. The staff was Amazing!! They ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms…OMG (oceans view) immaculate!! Oh, I almost forgot, the restaurant and their staff provided great service!! I would like to thank Live Aqua Cancun and their staff for making our vacation/birthday an enjoyable experience!!'

'My bed had bed bugs, I got bitten all over from them and I realized what it was on my last day, my three other friends that went didn’t get any so I guess I was just the unlucky one. Resort was good other than that just make sure you pull the sheets and double check them before getting in bed'

'Heel fijn hotel. Kamer was heel fijn en bij een melding over het bed hebben ze het matras omgeruild, echt top! Het eten was erg goed en met 5 restaurants waaronder een buffet ook erg gevarieerd. Wij zijn met 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 daar verbleven en ondanks dat de playroom niet echt op hun leeftijd is ingesteld hebben ze zich prima vermaakt. Al met al een top vakantie! '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'
