'Nous avons été ultras bien accueilli partout où on a été ! Le service est excellent, la nourriture est aussi bonne quasi dans tous les resto 😊. La propreté est au rendez-vous . Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel . Je reviendrais sans hésitation. Familia Dridi'

'The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

'The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food .'

'Lovely beach'

'Top location and top staff'

'Very nice and clean environment'

'Overall the property is very well maintained. Especially the lobby area, it's immaculate a pleasure to be in. The beach could use a bit more maintenance, certain areas of the outside look like it needs a fresh coat of paint an repairs from erosion. The staff is wonderful with special mentions to Ivanova an Cindy at the lobby. Israel, Fabio, an Fernando at the pool areas. Special mentions to Mario at the towels in pool very attentive an servicial. Due to this staff it makes up to a wonderful...

'Clean room, staff, were kind and friendly, clean pool.'

'This property is very nice, we have a wonderful and relaxing stay, staff very helpful and very friendly, room very clean! Food was very good too! I will come back and I very recommend this place!'

'Todo estuvo increíble'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

'Very well maintained resort. Overall food was good. Pools were great, except for the fact all of them were in the shade by 2:30. We were very pleased with the resort. Most of the bars close by 10, but that was not a problem for us. Room was great. Planning on our return trip.'

'Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.'

'Geweldig hotel voor een mooie prijs'

'Employees are very friendly and helpful. Property was very near and clean'

'They didn’t have a casino or nightclub as advertised yet still charged for everything Charged room service and fridge refill. Also the bars didn’t open till 11am and closed at 11'
