'OMG!!! First time stay for my family as we were celebrating my son’s birthday/ family vacation. From the time of arrival to the last day of our stay. The staff was Amazing!! They ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms…OMG (oceans view) immaculate!! Oh, I almost forgot, the restaurant and their staff provided great service!! I would like to thank Live Aqua Cancun and their staff for making our vacation/birthday an enjoyable experience!!'

'My bed had bed bugs, I got bitten all over from them and I realized what it was on my last day, my three other friends that went didn’t get any so I guess I was just the unlucky one. Resort was good other than that just make sure you pull the sheets and double check them before getting in bed'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. 'This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. '

'Staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and insured that we had everything we needed and we’re always available to answer any questions we had. Food was much better than I’ve experienced at any other buffet, and the restaurants were exceptionally good. Rooms and resort was very clean, would definitely recommend!'

Never had towels in our rooms, not at restaurants and bars were open. Pools closed early. Everywhere in the resort minus our room was very hot. They catered more for their infinity clients.
