Food was terrible even after multiple meetings with the management staff and the Chef staff. Room service takes hours to receive, and then the meals are hard or undercooked or overcooked. There is no air-conditioning in the common areas or the elevators. All the elevators are broke down except for one. Staff is not helpful or putting in any extra effort...

Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. However, the hotel did not live up to its brand. My expectations for the entertainment would be more hard rock music being played. Either by live bands or a DJ. Instead I heard more pop music played. Elevator on the wing where I stayed was out of order. Food was hit and miss. Ordered seafood pasta and it was so dry there wasn’t any sauce.'

'This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. '
