'The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!'

'Food was all pretty good and tasty. We tried all the restaurants and they were great! We had the Preferred club status and our butler Bruce was awesome in all his communications daily and anything you need! The preferred club bar area is a nice touch to relax in. All the staff really goes out of their way to be pleasant and helpful and really seem to want to make your stay the best while you are there. 'For this being the first time in Cancun I’m glad I choose this adults only resort. It was very peaceful and fun at the same time. If you’re looking to relax, this resort is it. If you’re looking to party, I would stay somewhere closer to the center of the zona Hotelera. The hotel staff were always helpful and amazing. We loved our entertainment staff Jonathan and Ari! And loved the manager of the breakfast/lunch buffet.'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Our stay was nice, the room was extremely nice but the curatains as well as soom wood furnisher was dusty. We arrived in the evening so I opened the balcony and aired out the room. The hotel is well decorates and staff was friendly and helpful. We tried most of their buffets, some had excellent food while others wete just ok. Over all we spent 6 nights and used the bars more than anything else. I will repeat another stay in the future if the opportunity arises.'

'I went to Sandos with my friend for 4 days and we had great time. The only thing that I would pay attention at are pools. Even I got an answer that water was flirtating I was not able to notice that. Especially the pool that is closest to the beach was not maintained well. There were human hair in it and the water at the edge of the pool was well dirty. Other than that everything else was very good. Room was clean and property itself is very well maintained.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Prima hotel. Kamers iets gedateerd maar wel prima in orde. Zwembad erg mooi en fijn. Vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken, mooi strand. Niet in de mega drukte. Wat fijn is, dat er aan de straatzijde een kleine winkel is en enkele goede restaurantjes. Wij verbleven er twee hele dagen en dat was genoeg.'

'This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. '
