'Property is beautifull with heated pools and hot tubs. Difficult to get chairs by pool and the hotel is insanely expensive, 30 usd for drink at pool or lobby bar. Restaurants also very expensive. 5 star resort with 10 star price'

'I stayed in the Honeymoon suit for 5 days and my expectations were more than met. Housekeeping cleaned every day of my stay and delivered extra towels and bedding almost on demand. The staff did a great job along with the bartenders. They actually sell real alcohol here and it isn’t the watered down stuff you get at the lower end resorts. 'Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you . '

'Amazing food in each restaurant, lots of variety each day and fantastic quality! I did not enjoy trying to find a beach/pool chair each morning as people come out at 6 am, put their little flags on the chair and left them empty half the day. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. 'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. 'Evening shows at the Atrium were spectacular! One extra large swimming pool was very nice. However, could not get a lounge chair by the pool due to so many people. TV mostly all in Spanish! Could not sleep the first night due to drunk people fighting outside my room. I called operator to send security but nothing happened. Finally went to sleep at 2am. Air conditioner not working for the whole stay....too cold and it took 2 hours to finally get a blanket. Second night a maintenance took over...

'The only thing their staff cares is tips, room service staff don’t take the tip even you leave the tip in the room, only accept tip when you give it to them face to face, and next day they will knock your door for room service when you stayed in your room( we want to take a rest),the worst experience is the buffet restaurant, I know guests supposed to tip the waiters, but every meal from breakfast to dinner?
