'Nous avons été ultras bien accueilli partout où on a été ! Le service est excellent, la nourriture est aussi bonne quasi dans tous les resto 😊. La propreté est au rendez-vous . Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel . Je reviendrais sans hésitation. Familia Dridi'

'The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

'The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food .'

'Overall the property is very well maintained. Especially the lobby area, it's immaculate a pleasure to be in. The beach could use a bit more maintenance, certain areas of the outside look like it needs a fresh coat of paint an repairs from erosion. The staff is wonderful with special mentions to Ivanova an Cindy at the lobby. Israel, Fabio, an Fernando at the pool areas. Special mentions to Mario at the towels in pool very attentive an servicial. Due to this staff it makes up to a wonderful...

'This property is very nice, we have a wonderful and relaxing stay, staff very helpful and very friendly, room very clean! Food was very good too! I will come back and I very recommend this place!'

'Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.'

'staff friendly and the view is amazing!'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

'Employees are very friendly and helpful. Property was very near and clean'

'Ruime kamers. Lekker buffet voor ontbijt en diner. Mooie zwembaden.'

'They have a beautiful resort with large rooms, huge showers, and a great view. It's all-inclusive; we only paid a nominal amount for a steak dinner. The food and soft drinks are nothing like what we expected, so I wasn't impressed. Also, the food wasn't hot in the buffet or the restaurants; maybe it's a cultural thing. They didn't have the small face towels either. The staff was the best by far. They were extremely helpful and attentive, going above and beyond for you. You won't find service...
