'Our first time in Mexico was AMAZING. The resort was clean, good food and amazing staff. The only thing we’d say if that housekeeping was inconsistent, we ran out of water and body lotion and had to request more often. Otherwise it was AMAZING. Definitely recommend!'

'Had a lovely 5 night stay . Food at the all day dinning restaurant Vela had much more flavour to it compared to the some of the speciality restaurant. The Italian restaurant La Luce has a fantastic view with a amazing sunset. The food there was also good. Housekeeping and room service does take a while but this is to be expected given the size of the property. Overall a pleasant stay.'

'Staff was very friendly, attentive, warm, helpful and welcoming. Room was good, shower wasn’t the best drainage wise, besides that it was great. Room had a beautiful view. 'It was a disappointing stay overall, the only positive points were the location, the beach, the staff, with the servers and entertainment group offering a nice and welcoming service and the spa services. Air conditioning work well, rooms and washrooms were old but decent space wise, side beach view and balcony were small but good. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'Had multiple issues with the safe, food was not the greatest. Could really use music at the adult only pool. The jetted tub was nasty and we would not use it. Room had a great view, our pool attendant was the best'

'This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. '

'Nice hotel, buffet food was hit or miss (sometimes BAD) but the onsite restaurants were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good location close to restaurants and shopping.'
