'Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Best part was the service and food! Everybody was so polite, nice and so helpful. We travelled with kids and they loved the waterpark and the jacuzzi close to the beach. Those two were such a nice addition with kids. Food was amazing. We had no issues making reservations for dinner but we did have to make sure we called the reservations desk early in the morning but we didn’t have to wait to make them! Food was outstanding and all the amenities. We will be back!'

'To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised. The main downside was the limited dining options. Only three restaurants were available during our stay, and one of them was closed, which reduced the variety of food choices. For example the walls on one of the restaurants paint job went only half way and you can easily tell that they didn’t do a good job. Several Staff members were very nice. Some of them were not, the lady in the gift shop was very rude to me.
