'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'We travel often to Cancun and have stayed at many different properties over the years. This was the best by far! The staff goes out of the way to make you feel like the most important person in the world. The layout of the property is so well thought out and absolutely stunning. If I could give them a higher rating I would. Israel our private concierge made us feel like royalties. Very family friendly and great for couples too. You don’t want to miss this one!'

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Solo pasamos 3 noches y solo ibamos mi esposo y yo, se me hizo un poco pequeña el aera de la alberca el hotel es muy sencillo, pero esta limpio, lo único que no me gusto es que cuando hicimos el check in el chavo de la recepcion no me quiso dar el desayuno incluído de los 3 días y así me aparecia en expedia que era con desayuno incluido, le tuve que decir yo y solo me daba para un día y cuando le comente me dio otro pero no me quiso dar de los 3 días me dijo que no que porque el 3er dia saliamos...

'We are a family of 5 who had never done an all inclusive before. This resort was so awesome for us! It wasn’t very busy, which was a really nice surprise. Food and drinks were all great. Service was great. Staff was so generous. We felt so spoiled. The shows and entertainment were more fun than we anticipated, as well. We did the Caribbean suite and it was the perfect amount of space for our family with a great ocean view. The beach was rough for our younger kids, so we swam in the pool...
