'Beleefd personeel, heel schoon op het resort en in de kamer, zeer gevarieerd eten met verschillende restaurants om uit te kiezen. Heerlijk hotel! Ook de mogelijkheid tot het bezoeken van feesten bij een ander RIU hotel met gratis transfer.'

'The room, the stuff and the service '

'Something random but helpful is you can skip the lobby on the elevator (LB) by pressing (-1) which depending on the elevator leads to the pool and restaurant area or the street level in front. I didn't figure that out until my 3rd day. Besides the retention/time share staff making things a bit awkward the rest of my stay was excellent.'

'Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Ruime kamer, schoon en supervriendelijk personeel. Minder fijn is het handdoek neerleggen om zonnebedden toe te eigenen. Het hotel zou daar beter op kunnen toezien.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Sobre la habitación se encontró en excelentes condiciones, muy limpia y amplia. En cuanto atención del personal pondría 7 de 10. Sobre los alimentos no tienen mucha variedad, los que tienen son ricos. Solamente hay una alberca la temperatura está muy agradable Solamente funciona una parte del hotel, y no está a piel de playa'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and...

'It was a beautiful resort. They clean the sargassum often, very attentive, the pool was clean, and the drinks weren’t watered down. I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on site, Hakka, as their food was delicious. I loved our stay!'

'I checked into a Junior Suite on the 8th floor; however, our first night was extremely disruptive due to the guests in the room next door. They were excessively loud for nearly two hours, to the point where the walls were vibrating, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. After speaking with the front desk, the staff did promptly assist and moved me to another room, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the new room was located two floors lower and no longer offered the partial ocean...

'The resort is very nice,very lively, great food, great staff. Our only issues were 1. Our room, one the second night the ceiling onto of our toilet started leaking. They did fix that the same day, 2 days later isn't was again leaking. This would not been a major deal, but considering most rooms are identical, the leaking prob came from the toilet above ours. Also if you have small children, (we did not) MANY women were wearing thong bikinis, so if you dont want your kids to see alot of bare...
