'We were on family vacation - 11 of us!! The rooms were spacious, 3 beds and a pull out. Clean and comfortable.. Amenties were great, activities for the kids, buffet and restaurants were great.. I didn't like you had to reserve the Steak House!! Hard to get a reservation!! Anyhow !! It was worth the money!!!'

'Only had one restaurant open with two nights that we stayed so that was a little disappointing they didn't have room service which were accustomed to or poolside server so we had to keep getting up out of the pool to get our drinks staff was good resort was clean just through a few things were used to that we didn't see it this Resort'

'I’ve been here since Tuesday and our tv on the mirror hasn’t worked at all!!! To be a xhale member this is beyond ridiculous. The amount of money I’ve paid. I haven’t gotten no top shelf liquor. Every time I’ve ordered room service the food has been cold. I’m leaving a 0/5. Stars.'

'This property is very simple. If you are looking for cheap and simple this one will do. Food was average no variety even with 2 a la carte restaurant. Same food almost every day. Pool is small and no entertainment team to keep you busy. You are basically on your own when it comes to entertainment. Only two bars one by the pool and the one in the lobby. Staff was friendly. 'We were there for our honeymoon and the resort was excellent. This was our first all inclusive and it went far above our expectations. Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, it all felt genuine and was the culture throughout the entire resort. The food selections, view and overall experience were perfect. 'Room got flooded and damaged all my belongings. Passports etc…. Instead of giving me a new room they had me wait in the lobby at 2am until they cleaned it. 10 year anniversary by the way.'
