'We just spent a week at this amazing hotel with our baby, toddler, and family. The hotel is very family friendly but is well set up for couples and all ages. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I had to wash my baby bottles everyday and they delivered extra water bottles whenever I needed them. They even offered to sterilize them for me. 'The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!'

'Excellent resort, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. Rooms were clean, food was decent, we enjoyed the Mediterranean Restaurant the best. The beaches were very clean and inviting. Lots of pool, beachside and evening hotel entertainment. Shout out to Ana in the concierge office, Frederico running the pool area, Jose at the bar and Caesar at the front desk. The coconut ice cream in the candy shop was to die for!! '

'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'
