'We had a great time at this resort. Our group had one adult and two kids with Celiac disease, and the staff was really accommodating about showing us what we could eat and making special gluten free food for the kids. The resort was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a jacuzzi loft suite in building 12 and it was HUGE. The butlers in building 12 were great. No complaints. '

'My room 207 was horrible and dirty. They moved me to 508, the day after. The staff has zero customer service when it comes to being generous to the customer service. They also make you wait as they are supposedly making the move,but you can see that they are not helping you with the will. Beautiful location although I think the staff is to comfortable because they have been in their jobs for so long. This is our 4th time on this property and you can see it declining bad. Clearly it’s a staff...

'The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
