'My friend and I had an amazing stay at TRS Coral Hotel and would absolutely return! Our room was beautiful with a stunning ocean view — waking up to that turquoise water was such a treat. The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunny spots as well as shaded areas to relax. While you can’t see the ocean directly from the pool because of the greenery, it’s just a short walk to the beach, which is gorgeous, very clean, and has the softest sand. 'There was a bad smel in our room and the bathroom. Really strange this is 5 star property. Nothing compared with the hotel next door Secrets Playa Blanca. Really disappointed. '

'Het is een fantastisch resort met persoonlijke service. Entertainment was geweldig bij het zwembad en in de avond. Gym was top. Staat van de kamer kan beter. Stonk vochtig en airco maakte raar geluid zodat we die snachts uitdeden. Buffet in de avond kan beter. A la card is top. Top hotel, waar voor je geld.'

'The best part about this resort is the staff. Everyone here is super friendly an go out of their way to help you. It was our first time in Cancun and we absolutely loved the experience. Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Friendly atmosphere with good amenities. Rooms are clean and refrigerators are well stocked. Amazing food options and great place for family with kids. They almost got trapped us in Infinity Luxury Travel Club. They offered me some free tour site for free and have me deposit $20 to show up for a breakfast at light house without explaining me how long and what that’s for. I did some research and found it is almost like a scam in the name luxury travel club with hefty fees. '
