'My wife and I booked this hotel for our anniversary and we love Isla Mujeres! We wanted something walkable from the ferry, close to beach(Playa Centro across the street) with air conditioning and clean. We found everything we had wanted. Beds a bit firm but that is not an issue, just as a note to others. Staff were accessible and easy to talk with. My wife had a massage on-site and loved it. Will book again if get lucky enough to visit Isla Mujeres again!'

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
