We stayed at this hotel a week after its opening and the purpose was to celebrate my partners birthday. I was hesitant to book at first since it was so new it didn’t have reviews anywhere other than a very few videos on TikTok. To say we were impressed with this hotel in the best way possible is an understatement, we loved everything about it. For reference I had visited other all inclusive in Mexico before (3 other ones to be specific).
The food was outstanding, everything was so fresh and yummy, the specialized restaurants were very delicious and never too packed. We went to the steakhouse the first night and had an amazing short rib and ribeye that tasted so fresh and from a high quality restaurant. We also visited the Italian, which the pizza was delicious and the appetizers amazing,and lastly we went to the Mexican one and the tacos were to die for, plus they have an appetizer with an avocado crema that was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, specially the omelets and big display of food to select from, they had multiple stations for omelette, nachos, cheeses, juices, etc.
The rooms were amazing, when we got there we decided to upgrade to the “Privilege” service which in our opinion was amazing but if you don’t want to spend the extra money is not needed (I’ll provide more details below). Since our room was from “Privilege” we had an outdoor jacuzzi which was great and very spacious, we had some gifts, a bottle of wine, and bathrobes.
