We arrived excited to start our vacation, but the first thing we encountered was a wait of over six hours to get our room. When they finally assigned it to us, it was still being cleaned, so we had to wait outside with our two children.
Rooms and cleanliness
Once ready, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally very clean.
Amenities were fine and the beds were comfortable.
Food and drinks
The all-inclusive isn’t really all-inclusive: food options are limited and the buffet is only available for breakfast.
There’s no buffet for lunch or dinner, and you have to sign a receipt for every item you consume, which slows everything down.
At the steakhouse bar, we encountered some staff who were openly rude, which took away from the experience.
Beach and activities
The beach is beautiful, but there’s a lot of seaweed and rocky areas, so it’s best to bring water shoes.
Daytime activities and nighttime entertainment are quite limited—if you’re looking for constant animation, this is not the place.
The best part
The Legend restaurant was a highlight: delicious food, excellent service, and a genuinely friendly team. Big thanks to Jorge and the manager for their outstanding attention.

If you prioritize a clean and comfortable room, the hotel delivers. However, be prepared for long waits, limited food options, and a lack of entertainment. The Legend restaurant and its team are the real strong point, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
