Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We just spent a week at this amazing hotel with our baby, toddler, and family. The hotel is very family friendly but is well set up for couples and all ages. The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I had to wash my baby bottles everyday and they delivered extra water bottles whenever I needed them. They even offered to sterilize them for me. The fitness clubs and classes were amazing. The food was outanding at all the restaurants. I’ve never had food this good at an all inclusive. Every morning you were offered a sparkling wine at the breakfast buffet. We especially liked the lunch buffet that was set up by the beach everyday if we didn’t feel like heading to one of the restaurants to do lunch. They had lots of taco options there and seating on the sand under the shade of the trees.
The beach is beautiful white soft sand and the water was crystal clear.
We also upgraded to cabanas at the family pool and had everything catered all day.
We didn’t spring for the Elite membership and don’t think we missed out on much there.
Our swim up rooms were cozy and clean. The outdoor pool from our room is not heated but we dipped our feet in and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
We also had a massage at the Ciel Spa on the resort. This was one of the best and most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Shout out to Liz who was my masseuse. If we hadn’t travelled with kids I would have went back to the spa for more treatments.
We hope to come back to this hotel one day. It’s a true 5 star.
