« This property was a great location in the city center with good transportation, all around. Enough room for a family of five in great amenities. Only downfall we visited in June when it was very hot and after a very long day of sightseeing, the boat was extremely hot with no air movement. Something to consider if visiting during a hot time I think if we visited during cooler days, it would’ve been perfect. »

« The houseboat was absolutely lovely and the space very effectively used. I loved being there at all times of day and night with the beautiful view of Browning Pond. The Papillon was the most beautiful houseboat I saw the whole time I was on the canals, and it was interesting to see the movement of some of the others that are not permanently moored. « We really enjoyed our stay in this very unique accommodation.The boat is moored in a second-row position in a charming neighborhood and is close to several метро stations. "Hôtel économique et bien situé dans le centre de Londres. La capsule est suffisamment spacieuse pour une personne d’1M75. Les communs était très propres et entretenus régulièrement. Seul soucis avec la capsule, la lumière s’allumait automatiquement à chaque mouvement y compris dans la nuit, problème de détection peut être ? L’ajout d’un badge ou autre système nous permettant d’aller et venir dans chaque lieu de l’hôtel aurait été plus simple également plutôt que d’avoir le téléphone constamment sur nous pour ouvrir les accès avec un QR code, uniquement accessible sur notre téléphone."

"Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très sécurié où il y a de nombreux sièges de banques. Le métro est très proche. Bars et restaurants aux alentours, de même que des épiceries. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est optimisée. Des matériaux de qualité, tout comme l'électroménager. Un très belle découverte proche de Londres sans y être en plein centre. Si vous allez à l'O2, il y a une seule station de métro à prendre."

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"
