'Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

'I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor...

'Vous catalogué le logement comme appartement ou flat mais en réalité il s'agit juste d'une petite chambre avec une kitchenette. Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu'une une chambre d'hôtel. Hall d'entré commun avec la chambre d'en face vraiment minuscule, imposible de se tenir à deux personnes devant la porte de la chambre car pas d'espace. Wifi proposé mais presque inexistant. Perte de connexion wifi en permanence car pas de réseau (j'imagine que l'antenne se trouvait à l'étage inférieur).'

'Mooi appartement , heel ruim. Super bedden! 3 grote slaapkamers met elk badkamer. Keuken volledig geëquipeerd, zelden gezien. Minpuntje is de schimmel aan bad , badkamer beetje verouderd wat het een beetje vies maakt. Zeer kort bij centrum, maar toch wat dode buurt waar geen resto of bar kortbij is. Metrohalte Pimlico ook niet de beste halte om je te verplaatsen. Beter st James nemen bv . Prijs / kwaliteit zeer goede locatie en appartement '

Even tho the hallway still is a building place it’s not messy, it smelled a little of weed and cigarettes now and then but that’s only in the hallway. The apartment it self was ok. Looks clean and spacious. Host was nice and they’re easy to contact. Only “bad” thing is that mop for floor was old and dirty, there was no sponge for dishes and there most definitely is black mold on the windows (not enough that it’s a health risk) wich...
