'Prijs kwaliteit zeker niet in verhouding. Kamer erg klein, klein bed, zodat je niet eens langs elkaar kunt lopen. Dode vliegen in de vensterbank. Zeer slecht en beperkt ontbijt. Kies zeker niet voor continental, want dat betekent dat je alleen cerials en yoghurt met wat fruit hebt. sap uit pak of fles. Over het geheel viel dit erg tegen. Als je in een oud kasteel zit, kun je verwachten dat het niet al te lux is, maar je mag op zijn minst voor deze prijs wat ruimte verwachten en een goed ontbijt....

'If you are thinking about staying at The Hunting Tower to enjoy the area, view and to visit Chatsworth House with unlimited access then this is for you. We absolutely loved our stay, such a unique building and well taken care of, considering it's age, it was all extremely comfortable. It was easy to collect the key as instructed but on arriving at Chatsworth the lady in the kiosk was not aware of what we should do next or to be able to navigate us to the property which was a little odd, so...

'Wonderful, grand, welcoming place. We used this as the setting of a team meeting to build our relationships, objective complete! The setting really brought everyone together with space for everyone to be involved. A packed agenda during the day, relaxing together cooking regional dishes in the evening, then games in the cellar in the later evening. This place is so versatile in amazing surroundings, i would definitely recommend for a group booking.'

'We booked the Manor & Rose Cottage alongside the yurt and Bonfire Making/ Axe Throwing for the a hen party of 26. We had the most amazing weekend, the Manor is amazing, so many hidden rooms and staircases, and it’s all absolutely beautiful! We hosted a murder mystery 1 evening which the dining room was perfect for. Rose cottage was absolutely stunning and right next door to the manor. The yurt is an absolute MUST. It’s absolutely huge, it’s got furniture, a log burner and it’s own kitchen!...

'As a 3 generation family group we all loved this place to stay. Fabulous location: amazing views of countryside, but close enough to the coast. Accommodation was comfortable (beds amazingly so), lots of games and activities for children, and of course the pool and hot tub which were very well used. Our hosts Mark and Georgina were very helpful and accommodating, and communicated really well. Highly recommended. Simon and family.'

'Our recent stay as East Lodge was wonderful. The property is set in castle grounds, in a fairly secluded area. The property has all amenities you could ask for, and the owners guide is very thorough, full of recommendations and is quite humorous. 'I booked this for my 40th birthday and Post-wedding celebration, and the entire experience was a fairytale. The views of the Jurassic coast that the castle sits upon are breathtaking. The castle itself is a perfect size, just enough to get a little lost in. The management team (Tessa and Hannah) are great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.'
