'This is my second stay at this property. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the great location, intimate setting, and proximity to the Manteo waterfront. It's a quick hop over the bridge to the beach. By far, Gia is the best property owner and communicator, going way above and beyond any expectations. She is not intrusive, but sincerely dedicated to making sure every aspect of your stay is 5 stars. We love this property, and are already talking about when we can go back!'

'Everything was great - location was two blocks from the beach. Nicely decorated, lots of very new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Loved the beds - foam mattresses just the right firmness. Very clean which I appreciated (I’m the AO one in the family). Even had a single serve kuerig and some kcups! Really enjoyed the beach bikes and game room. Super easy to communicate with the property owner/manager. Would have rented this again for the following weekend but was booked. Highly recommend...
