« This was the best property we have ever stayed in at Fredericksburg, Texas! The property was absolutely five stars! Everything about it was absolutely lovely. It was spacious, it was clean. It was perfectly decorated, check in and check out with seamless, David was an absolute gentleman at check-in and check out, and the giant Jacuzzi and fireplace were to die for. Oh, and one last thing, the location was excellent! »

« Excellent location on the Main Street in town. Room was very spacious, clean had a nice courtyard. Nice amenities and comfortable bed & pillows. Very close to Davis Mountains State Park where we enjoyed hiking two days. Wish more of the restaurants, shops and coffeehouses were open. »

« The breezy hill cottage was so cozy and the view was absolutely beautiful! This was my first time booking and I will definitely book again. The perfect getaway for an anniversary. The host was very helpful too with the directions and the check in! The cottage itself was perfect! The hot tub view was amazing! Nothing but good things to say! »

« I’ve been going on vacation for the last six weeks every week. I’ve been at a different place. This is my favorite place. I’ve ever been to in the entire time of my life. The hosts were very, very, very helpful. The best people I’ve ever met rent out a place. The location is pristine. The fishing is world class this place is heaven since I’ll be back for the rest of my life every year. I will make it a point to make this a family tradition port Authority Sabine pass is the future of fishing. »

« Air conditioning was window units, we had to move a fan to be cool enough to sleep. Bed near the restroom was very uncomfortable. No extra pillows. Restroom was very small. Electrical plugs sparse. Had to plug a light into the wall in the din for the light to work. Would not ever stay there again. »
