'Pool was gorgeous but cold. Rooftop bar after 8p was a great vibe. Room was great & beds were comfy. Pillows were great too. Staff friendly. This was my 3rd stay here. '

'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

Happily, I traveled on a Sunday with free on street parking. Only thing missing from my room was a mug for morning caffeine. Glass cups were provided, as was an electric kettle.
