'Conveniently located for birders, with a friendly and accommodating staff. Once we figured out how the faucet worked, there was plenty of hot water for nice long showers. Overall, this was a clean and comfy room at a reasonable price - and Bertram is a charming small town to explore.'

'The hotel was extremely poorly managed as well as the service was bare minimum and the rooms were never worth the price! Along with them not having any breakfast included 15.99 for breakfast is crazy with those prices per night as well as no late check out ! Just very disappointing the room was not cleaned to the T and i personally prefer to go elsewhere'
