'Online description said hot tub as an amenity. There wasn’t one on the property, that was the main reason for booking that property. '

'We always book a location with a private hot tub. Prior to booking, my wife reached out to the owner and they told us there was a private hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub was broken and hadn’t been working prior to our booking. The owner apologized and said the “wrong part was delivered”. We never would have booked the location if we knew that ahead of time. Because of the situation, we asked for a small 100 credit towards our stay, but we feel like we were blown off and ignored....

'We booked this place for a multipurpose trip to attend a wedding and have a mini getaway. It was a great option for privacy and peace, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet only minutes away from the wedding venue, events, and shopping square. We stayed in the cottage with the hot tub, and it was easy to operate and delightful to get a soak in every night. Our host, Lance, was quick to respond when we had an issue and resolved it promptly.'

'We loved our stay at Das Grun Haus! The home was very clean and cozy. The beds were super comfortable! We loved the location...very close to town, but also out in the country allowing us to enjoy the stars at night. Fabulous kitchen, too. And, we loved the hot tub! The hosts were very kind and easy to contact when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!'
