'I had booked a double room for me and my family 2 adults and 3 kids they gave me a room with only 2 beds and we were so tight and not comfortable at all i ask them they told me they don’t have a double room and i had to stay all time long so tight they restaurant was alway booked and had to eat on the buffet all the time got sick of the same food '

'Nice overall, a bit loud for being by the main road. Concierge help was non existent if you didn’t sign up for the timeshare presentations :-/
They wouldn’t book Club Bistro restaurant if you aren’t an owner.
Several nice touches gone this year now that Holiday Inn has bought the property.
Sea was calm and shallow but tons of seaweed/sargassum on the beach, not great for swimming of playing around with the kids.
Food was good.'
