'The communication with the staff was great. They responded to any questions that I had. The check-in was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. The unit was clean and beautiful, but the overall building was a bit interesting. We tried to unload in the alley and were told by a city worker that we needed to leave immediately or we would be fined. 'We stayed 4 nights/3days and really enjoyed our time. Location is great for restaurants, walks, and the beach. All service was very nice and with a smile. The apartment was as advertised, also on 25th floor with an amazing view from the balcony. There is construction next door for another two high-rise condos (from an inquiry all pre-sold). There is some noise, but was not a major impact.'

'Nice perfect week at the flat. Perfect location nice flat for us (3). Clean and full equipped. Things to improve …black out at the windows too much light early in the mornings because of no black out …and upper windows with nothing the toilet upstairs with no door…not nice. Otherwise everything works for us and I must recognize I love the location and the flat and thanks the owner aloud us a late check out that was perfect not to rush the last day. I’ll be back !!'

'At first glance, place looks tidy and well kept. But as you start to look, you see the place is gross. Very gross. Its also WAY SMALLER than the photos make it appear We arrived late in the evening and within an hour we were packing up and leaving because the place had Cockroaches...so at midnight we were having to look for a new place to spend our Christmas vacation. 'The hotel is nice. Staff really friendly. The coffee in the bar/restaurant is very very good. The bus (bus 150) at the airport stops in front of the hotel. On the busstop there are several busses that goes to all places you want to visit during your stay in Miami. The room was nice but not quiet. You can hear a lot but for us that wasn't a problem. I like a hard bed, this bed was very very soft, so that a personal preference. '
