Flats in Miami Beach

'Good: Room was clean. View of the ocean was nice. The on-site restaurant was good and their staff was super friendly!Bad: The beds...said they Queen...they were not. We're not big people and we couldn't fit two of us in one bed. The sheets on the beds were Queen...but had to be tucked far under the mattress because every time you moved they'd pop out. The pic of the pool was doctored...took a pic from the same angle and looked like two different pools. The shower had zero pressure. The reason my...

'This place is an absolute dump. Walked in to the smell of rotten food, s e m e n stains on the couch, pretty sure there was blood on the curtains, the upstairs bathroom sink wouldn't drain and had a leak underneath, the downstairs toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The place was filthy and should be condemned. It appeared that one of the outlets had caught on fire. Do not rent this property! Also, the AC hardly worked and leaked water out of the 1st floor ceiling to the point we had 4 towels...

'Great area for shopping food and drinks and night clubs everything was within walking distance. Neighborhood is very loud at night. Beds were pretty uncomfortable.'

'We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!'

'While the property was beautiful the unit was full of mold. So badley we had to sleep with the doors and windows open. I was so worried we would get sick . The property was beautiful. The pool, shops, restaurants on the property was awesome but the smell, the broken dryer that some how made my clothes more wet , the broken closet doors, and mold growing in the bathroom were horrible. '
