'This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.'

'This is not ideal for a stay longer than maybe a day or two. My husband and I stayed for a week and it was not great. Keep in mind the room is small. There is not a lot of space to hang things or place anything especially in the bathroom. The bathroom looks moldy in all corners and we did find 3 bugs in our bed (under the bedsheets). Granted bugs happen but it was not a great start to our vacation. I wish there was more than just the bathroom trashcan as it is very small. Bring extra bags for...

'The place was spotless. Beautiful neighborhood just off historic 8th street. Good location for getting to the beaches, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, or just chilling in the many parks nearby.'

'We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!'

'Coming off of a cruise, I worried about having a "horror story". However, Sergio and family really cares and it shows!. The place is well taken care of and spacious. For a party of 4, we weren't cramped at all. All of the essentials from cookware to washer and dryer is there onsite which was a HUGE help. You have the privacy of it being your own and the communication before arrival and thereafter was A1!. The Cabin is but 20 mins away from MIA international Airport which was very convenient. ...
