'Dale’s Vintage Farmhouse was just perfect. We stayed 8 days, using the farmhouse as our home base while we enjoyed the island. Our last day we rested at the farmhouse, just savoring the sights and sounds. Fresh squeezed oj, coquis chirping, gentle breezes blowing. We will truly miss this place.'

'Location is beautiful, easy access to Pāhoa and the ocean. Would definitely stay again; only thing we didn’t like was there were cameras everywhere including where the indoor recreation area is at. We understand the need for security but that part made it feel a little uncomfortable.'

'Joan is an amazing lady who manages the farm barn and the entire farm where this is located. My family (including 2 kids, 3 and 7 yr olds) had a wonderful time staying there for 2 nights. Only con was that the internet was flaky and wouldn't work from our 2nd evening onwards.'

'In Hawaii we speak of Mana, to outsiders that can be felt in something that raises the hair on the back of your neck. You feel it in the air, something mysterious but not so silly as ghosts. No, this house is filled with a spirit of its own where you can feel the life of all those that have passed through these doors. If the walls could speak it would tell you the stories of some great writer who sat where you are now staring out to the stream below. If there was one word to describe this house...

'This is a great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach! Beautiful View from the bedroom and lanai! Comfortable bed! Everything that you could need for cooking, snorkeling, and just enjoying your stay without having to drive anywhere if you don't want to! I would definitely stay here again!'
