« The apartment is so lovely and Hannah is the most thoughtful hosts imaginable. Even discussing the import of orchids to the US with me, and putting me in direcct touch with her brother who does it often. Every detail is thoughtful, and it was cleaner than just about any room (hotel or homestay) I have ever been in. « Hannah was GREAT! She gave us great information about check in, where to park, everything we needed. The place was super clean. We stayed at 5 different location while we were in Hawaii, and this was our favorite by far. Place was exactly what was described. If you don’t mind the sounds of nature, and a Great outside bathroom, which we loved, this is the place to stay in the Hilo area. If you want to visit the volcano, Hilo area, and only have two people this is the place to stay. Thanks again...

« 6 of us…three couples all over 65. We came to Hilo for the Merrie Monarch Festival Everything as described. Incredible setting. Beautiful home. Huge kitchen, large outdoor pavilion. One minor inconvenience…We had some issues with water pressure the first night when we went to take showers. We called property manager first thing next morning and WOW…she was on it. Got it fixed fast and efficiently. (The PM Yevette was incredible at her job! ) Pre visit owner Juan was very responsive and...

« We are not resortish people and this was a great alternative. everything we needed was in walking distance or short drive. Nights were peaceful and we enjoyed the privacy of the pool and hot tub. The odd plane flying over when the winds were rarely in that direction was actually quite a site rather than annoyance. Jomo looked after a couple of requests immediately. Thanks for a great stay. »
