« Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful! Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet. »

« Volcano Village Lodge est un petit établissement bien placé, proche du parc national Volcano. Très au calme au cœur de la rain forest, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il dispose en plus d’un jacuzzi accessible facilement. Seules déceptions de notre côté : lors de notre arrivée une très gentille dame nous a informé que nous pouvions accéder à la réception pour venir se reposer, prendre un café, manger quelques snacks… sauf qu’elle n’est jamais ouverte. Nous y sommes allé à plusieurs...

« The property was in pristine condition located near the Volcano Village and highway. We had a little difficulty with the cable TV and lighting & ceiling fan control but otherwise experienced no problems other than the constant chirping of Coqui frogs which are common throughout the area. »

« Hot tub was dirty and room was overall in poor condition. »

« Easy check in, cool spot. It's a very humid place in a thick rainforest, so there are some obvious drawbacks. The hot tub was nice and the area was really cool though, we had a good stay. »
