'This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.'

'What an absolute gem of a Stay. My wife travelled with friends and family to the Big Island to celebrate our anniversary. Steve and Maryanne provided a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. We relaxed poolside, cooked and had dinners out on the patio. I would definitely look to stay here again! Thank you Steve and Maryanne!'

'Hannah was GREAT! She gave us great information about check in, where to park, everything we needed. The place was super clean. We stayed at 5 different location while we were in Hawaii, and this was our favorite by far. Place was exactly what was described. If you don’t mind the sounds of nature, and a Great outside bathroom, which we loved, this is the place to stay in the Hilo area. If you want to visit the volcano, Hilo area, and only have two people this is the place to stay. Thanks again...

'My family and I had an awesome stay here in late April 2024. The place was very clean, comfortable, well outfitted and was true to the description. That bathrooms were clean and the bathroom in the master bedroom was very nice. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The kitchen was well equipped and the only things we couldn't find were red wine glasses and a large cookie sheet; this was one of the most well equipped VRBOs we have stayed in. We could tell the owners take...

'We are not resortish people and this was a great alternative. everything we needed was in walking distance or short drive. Nights were peaceful and we enjoyed the privacy of the pool and hot tub. The odd plane flying over when the winds were rarely in that direction was actually quite a site rather than annoyance. Jomo looked after a couple of requests immediately. Thanks for a great stay.'

The entire property is spectacular; phenomenal views, the enchanting sounds of the coqui frogs and passing rain, and surrounded by nature’s beauty. 'We had a wonderful stay at our condo. They did a great job equipping the unit with everything you would want for cooking and outdoor activities. We requested additional boogie boards and they were delivered right away. Keyless entry was ideal for all of us coming and going. We made great use of the pool and hot tub and lived watching the sunsets from our patio.'

'Right across from a beginner’s snorkeling beach. Easy driving for groceries and restaurants. Walking along the ocean drive is pleasant but can get busy. Excellent lanai overlooking the pool and beach. Quiet at night and easy parking.'

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'Excellent property, and wonderful, helpful staff. We had an ocean front room, which was amazing. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.'
