'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'あまり情報が無かったが、行ってみたら、非常に良い。建物はそれなりの期間が経過しているだろうが、リノベーションしているのか、とてもきれい。何より広いし、インテリアも良く、キッチンには調味料まで何でも揃っている。またプールサイドには立派なBBQ施設と、ジャグジー（温水）、サウナまである。秘密にしておきたいくらい、かなりおすすめの宿です。'

'Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. '

'Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable. 'This was exactly what our little family needed. Cozy, clean, comfortable. It came stocked with random toiletries I’m guessing were left by previous guests. (Thanks to whoever bought the aloe lotion by the way). As well as some beach gear, a plethora of towels and a few useful kitchen items. "Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights."

"Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. Terwijl er een kaartje in de kamer ligt ‘doe niet zomaar open als er aangeklopt wordt. Bel dan eerst de front desk of wij het wel zijn’. Ik was echtvin alle staten. Security is geweest en we denken niet dat er iets is gestolen, maar toch geen fijne ervaring. De volgende dag moesten we oo tijd ontbijten, koffer in pakken en uitchecken ivm onze vlucht naar het volgende eiland en bij de ontbijtlocatie aangekomen, mochten we even 45 min in de wacht. Sorry, er is een grote groep ineens binnen gekomen. Lijkt me toch dat die grote groep niet ineens uit de hoge hoed kwam, dus slechte planning. Maar goed prachtig resort, maar ik zal er niet meer komen."
