'My husband and I enjoyed six wonderful weeks in this house. From the moment we drove down that palm tree-lined road and stepped into the walled off courtyard, we knew we had picked the right place for our get-away. The house was tastefully and comfortably appointed. The kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms were all fully outfitted. 'Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.'

'Great 2 bedroom condo. Spacious and very clean. Walkable to many restaurants including Whalers village which is right next door. 2 drawbacks : shower temperature was off and hard to adjust, shower was cold for at least 5 min before becoming warm and a very loud noise was always present coming from the generators in whalers village. 'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'My husband and I had a great stay at Maui Hill. The condo we had is very spacious and has a great view of the ocean. It is a little dated and so, there is a little bit of "old" smell (not a moldy smell) when we first came in but as soon as we open all the windows and let the sea breeze in, then it's fine. 'We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was beautifully designed and will all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat screen television and DVD player. The condo is right on the beach and also outfitted with a pool and hot tub. Several supermarkets and convenience stores were close by. The staff was friendly and informative, especially when we needed to extend the length of our stay.'

'The property was very clean and had been upgraded. There was a bus stop right outside the entrance but it was only a ten minute walk to Waikiki beach and there were many restaurants and shops within a five minute or less walk.'

'Our main requirement was to have a one bedroom and a kitchen, The Hilton Hawaiian village met these requirements. Safety and easy beach access was another positive as well. Certain towers definitely need an update, their age is showing. The biggest negative is that if you're stsying at their "Grand Vacations" rooms, then their "timeshare" sales people will hound you into a presentation. 'I love the fact that it was 3 minutes away walking from Napili beach . Close to Bobs rentals and close to groceries stores. The one bedroom suite was really nice!! The only thing I did not like that the roosters would start singing like at 330am so I had to turn on a video with raining sounds that way I could hear the singing of the roosters and it did help . '
