'Dit hotel is echt geen aanrader omdat we teleurgesteld waren in heel wat zaken: heel onvriendelijk personeel, meerdere liften waren defect tijdens ons verblijf en werden niet hersteld, we kregen niet genoeg handdoeken voor 3 volwassenen en we moesten hier meermaals om vragen op verschillende dagen, de ijsmachine die in de buurt van onze kamer stond maakte een verschrikkelijk geluid wat heel lastig was gedurende de nacht, we hadden een lek in het toilet zodat er water op ons druppelde, we moesten...

'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'The area was beautiful. Nice view and vibes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There are good food options on the resort but if you’re looking for more options there are many local spots right outside the resort that are recommended. You can use uber or concierge can order you a taxi :)'

'Great property, excursion expense was extremely affordable, plenty of entertainment, pools and drinks were amazing. I had the ocean front room and will definitely choose that option again. I can’t wait to go back to RIU Montego Bay.'

'I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was great, although I did find that the selection of foods was more limited in the Platinium section compaired to the main restaurant. The à la carte restaurants that we tried were disappointing. The food quality wasn’t up to expectations, and the service was very quick, they seemes eager to clear the table as fast as possible for the next guests.'
