'Great service from Florence at the front desk and the entire bell staff - super hard working team. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. The property is not a full blown resort so if you’ve stayed at something like the RC at Kapalua, you might be disappointed. Things are smaller here - spa is not amazing, the store is miniature and the gym is not big. But we went for the beach, the island and the overall experience of the island and had a great time. Everything is beautiful and clean....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a little further from town at Ocean Club East but so convenient with the hotel shuttle taking you to Ocean Club West!'
