'Our room was on the beach with a view of the beach. We were 20 feet from the beach. Room was very clean. Meals were excellent amazingly consistent. Drinks were great. I loved the spa. Staff was helpful and friendly.'

'Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all.'

The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. 'High Rock House is in a central location in Bottle Creek, making it easy to get to all locations on North and Middle Caicos. The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, but they came and fixed it a few hours later. The reason for the 3 stars is that the photos shown are of a completely different apartment. Additionally, the toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle did not work. Another small complaint was the bedroom blinds cannot shut...

You have the entire beach basically to yourself. The water is the most stunning color blue and generally calm (the waves kick up with the wind but still swimable).
