« When we arrived we they didn’t have the rooms reserved and paid for and could only give us one room class reserved and a downgraded room. The beach was covered in sargassum and a lot was in disrepair. Our bedroom door wouldn’t close, the food was very average and the property itself was mostly on the side of a hill which made it a nonstarter for anybody who has trouble with stairs. I give it a B- »

« Enjoyed our stay at The Cove! The property is currently undergoing renovations. What has been completed LOOKS GREAT. Our room was very clean but unfinished. Room definitely needs more lighting and storage. No TV service, even after getting assistance to get online. AC unit in the room, unfortunately the last night, failed. "Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
