My sister and I went to St. Thomas and stayed at Lindbergh hotel from February 12, 2026 to 16th of February.
On first day we had cold water and after complaining to staff we were told they would have it checked out. We had just gotten if a four hour flight and had a greet and meet night so we said we'll take a shower when we got back to hotel. Upon our arrival back to our room (room-217) there was no hot water, and after long flight and meet n greet I, Diane took a cold shower.On 13th we reminded them of cold water issue and they said they were taking care of it. So we left around 1:00 p.m. and returned around 11:00 p.m. and there was no hot water still. On the morning of 13th we asked for batteries for the TV it wasn't working either and Diane asked for batteries but none was delivered that day. On 12th to 16th of February we we never had no hot water and Diane took cold shower everyday, Wanda rinse off in sink for 2 days.
As for batteries for TV we found out on the eve of the 15th that the control was wrong control for tv in our room.
I am asking for a refund for the only thing supplied for us was a bed.
We had 1 night clerk that tried to help us on Saturday night and due to lateness of hour he said he will let manager know of our situation. We never heard anythong from any one.
So after allof this I sm asking for refund.
