Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first day, the TV screen was shaking as in the picture looked like an earthquake. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, but it was never addressed. I honestly felt like I inconvenienced her just by bringing it up.
The rooms themselves were fine, but the noise level was a major issue. You can hear everything in the hallways. The first night around 2:30 a.m., men were loudly talking in the hallway and woke us up. The second night was even worse there was a party down the hall that went on until about 4:30 a.m. We tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. We even put towels under the door to try to block the noise, but it didn’t help. We were woken up multiple times both nights.
When we mentioned the situation to the daytime staff, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests looking for help.
The most positive thing I can say is that the outside area was nice, and the location was convenient and walkable to the airport.
