'Het is een klein en dus intiem hotel. Na de eerste keer ontbijt ken je zo'n beetje iedereen en het geeft een soort amicale sfeer die erg prettig is. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. Dan kun je met elkaar de dag de revue laten passeren en tips uitwisselen over restaurantjes in de stad. De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden heerlijk. Rustig. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!'

'We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.'

'Dolphin Suites is a wonderful location to explore St John from!!! The grocery store is nearby. The place itself is beautiful and the kitchen is perfect. We stayed for two weeks and it was great as a home with a laundry conveniently located in your room. '

'Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...

'I needed to go to St. John to go to the last of 63 National Parks. This unit fit the bill for me as it was close to Cruz Bay and had off street parking. The unit is a bit small and dated. The team was wonderful to work with and communicated with me extremely well. They even drove me to the unit from the ferry, I chose to walk back when leaving.'

'The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..'

'It took several hours to find this unit because none of the taxi drivers knew where it was. Tried to call owner and daughter said she would call back but never did. Some other tourists who were staying in the unit we were dropped off at helped us find the correct unit that we were supposed to stay in which was about a mile from where we were first dropped off by a taxi. There were no taxis available to transport us any where. Even the ones in the unit guide book were not available to take us...

'Property was conveniently located for easy access to the harbor and restaurants and shops. The veiw from the balcony was great for sunsets. The room was really nice. But, the kitchen did not have a stove. After looking through all cabinets we found they have a single burner and a separate grilled that worked just fine. '

'The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests.'
