« This home was amazing. The privacy between each of the bedrooms is great for adults. The views are unmatched, watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing against the shore! The drive into the driveway is a bit dramatic, as the home does sit atop the mountain. However, the hosts provides excellent instructions on how to park. I will definitely be a returning guest to this home with amazing hosts! »

« Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good. »

« The property and furnishing were terrific. Everything was first rate. There was nothing lacking, linens, electronics, dishes... all was splendid. (One exception -- the ice maker did not work). « The view is amazing, we loved relaxing on the deck having our morning coffee or evening nightcap and just watching the harbor. Don't let the steep hill concern you, it’s well worth the privacy and ideal proximity to Red Hook. The pool is another added bonus. We highly recommend this property! »

« The eden view villa far exceeded our expectations. Our family of 6 enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck every morning and evening. There are quite a few stairs. For anybody who has mobility problems this may not be for you. The gentleman who hosted us went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and even met us at our rental car place and showed us the way to the grocery store and property. « We SO enjoyed the view! We purchased groceries/wine at Moe’s, per the owner’s suggestion (spot on), and had such a relaxing time we didn’t leave for days! Hall Bay Beach was a fav for snorkeling, fish tacos and beach relaxing! The pool was splendid and the home is so beautiful and very well supplied! « We had the best stay at Alan’s villa in Caret Bay. The villa is located on a quiet private part of the island which we appreciated. The villa was stocked with anything you could possible need in terms of beach toys, kitchen gadgets, and plenty of linens. The guest binder is on point with tons of info and solid recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay here and plan on returning. »

« The house itself is beautiful, however, in need of some upkeep/repairs before they get worse. As far as the furnishing, couch, chairs, pillows, they need to be replaced. Couch in living room is dingy, white chair in main floor bedroom is dirty. Pillows are pretty much flat, even the ones in the shams. Blood spots on one pillow case. Kitchen towels were horrible. The ones I use for rags don't look as bad as these. Same with hot pads. Many of the knives were also disgusting. Bathroom towels...

« If you read the other reviews, then this one is going to sound awfully familiar. Patricia was an incredibly gracious and helpful host, and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The property speaks for itself. The pictures are accurate, but the reality is so much nicer. The entire villa is beautiful, and is ideal for anyone wanting to leave the stress of everyday life behind. The bedrooms (especially the master bedroom) are fantastic and spacious. The kitchen is ideal for those days...
