'I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied. The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. The place felt like a ghost town. One of the most concerning parts of our experience was the massage service for my daughter and...

'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. '

'Absolutely beautiful views, plenty of space and well-appointed. The people at this property, and in Tobago generally, are very nice and an important aspect of this beautiful place. Local food is healthy, delicious and affordable. Suggest you rent a vehicle to really enjoy the island.'

'Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again '
