'My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. '

'Overall the resort is nice and worth the stay. Very clean and staff was also very good! Janna was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and updated us with daily info. The food was okay. Now for the don’t likes 1.Swim up pool is move of a walk up cause it doesn’t directly connect to the room like other hotels which I paid more to have and wasn’t really worth it 2. The pool closed at 7 and the swim up bars closed at 6 which was terrible being we were on the adult...

'Een dikke week hier verbleven. Op zich prima hotel. Alleen personeel is super ongemotiveerd. Zijn niet behulpzaam en allemaal liever lui dan behulpzaam. 4 keer geen handdoeken in de badkamer na schoonmaak. Iedere dag geen lepels op tafel. Moeilijk om restaurant te boeken. Altijd vol of de des treffen de persoon moet aanwezig. Klantvriendelijkheid is echt verschrikkelijk '
