'The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep. 'We loved everything about this place. It felt warm and inviting. All the staff were kind and very helpful. Everybody goes out of there to say hello. Most of the employees are bilingual. The room is beautiful and shower is amazing. Great water pressure. The pillows are so comfy. Umbrella and lounge chairs for beach are complementary. Kumo is delicious and has amazing waitstaff.
Thank you again for taking such good care of us. It made our vacation that much more memorable. '

'The pool seating situation was not good. People were getting there early and reserving chairs and not coming back for hours. Therefore, none were available unless someone got up. There should be a policy enforced for how long you should not be there. Otherwise staff and hotel was great. '
